  • John Hutchinson est un botaniste britannique, né le 7 avril 1884 et mort en 1972. Il est le fils de Michael Hutchinson et d’Annie née Wylie. Il est conservateur du Muséum de botanique des Jardins botaniques royaux de Kew. Il devient membre de la Royal Society en 1947 et reçoit la médaille d’argent Darwin-Wallace en 1958.
